Gin Fizz How to make Drinks

Step 1: You will need (for one portion):
— gin — 45 ml / 1.5 oz
— sugar syrup — 15 ml / 0.5 oz
— soda water — 80 ml / 2.7 oz
— half of a lemon
— ice cubes

Necessary utensils:
— highball glass
— ice tongs
— ice bucket
— jigger
— measuring cup
— shaker
— squeezer

Step 2: Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Step 4: Measure 45 ml / 1.5 oz of gin with the measuring cup and pour into the shaker.

Step 5: Add 15 ml / 0.5 oz of sugar syrup.

Step 6: Put half of a lemon in the squeezer and press to release juice into the shaker.

Step 7: Measure 80 ml / 2.7 oz of soda water with the measuring cup and pour into the shaker.

Step 8: Lock the shaker and shake it well, holding it with both hands by the bottom and by the cap. You should hold very tight or the shaker may open!

Step 9: Shake until the shaker has beads of sweat on the outside.

Step 10: Pour the mix from the shaker into the glass.

Step 11: Garnish with a cocktail berry, a lemon slice and a cocktail straw. The Gin Fizz is complete!
