Pineapple Sour How to make Drinks
You will need (for one portion):
— pineapple juice — 60 ml / 2 oz
— half of a lemon
— sugar syrup — 10 ml / 0.3 oz
— ice cubes
— crushed ice
— margarita glass
— measuring cup
— ice tongs
— ice bucket
— ice scoop
Step 2: Fill the margarita glass with crushed ice to cool it.
Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Step 4: Measure 60 ml / 2 oz of pineapple juice with the measuring cup and pour into the shaker.
Step 5: Add 10 ml / 0.3 oz of sugar syrup.
Step 6: Put half of a lemon into the squeezer and press to release juice into the shaker.
Step 7: Lock the shaker and shake it well, holding it with both hands by the bottom and by the cap. You should hold very tight or the shaker may open!
Step 8: Shake until the shaker has beads of sweat on the outside.
Step 9: Pour the mix from the shaker into the glass.
Garnish with a cocktail berry.
