On the sides of the card stick narrow stripes of the tape (less than 1/4” (0.5 cm) wide).

Adhere the rectangle to the base of the card.
To the sides of the card adhere blue glittery ribbon.
On the three sides of the blue rectangle stick narrow stripes of the tape.
Adhere the paper ribbon with glitters.
Plug in a hot glue gun and cut off two 4” (10 cm) stripes of the wavy lace.
Right over the paper ribbon with glitters glue the first wavy lace with a hot glue gun. Glue only the edges of the lace.
Over the first wave glue the second one.
Cut two dolphins 4” (10.5 cm) from the felt.
With a hot glue gun carefully adhere the eyes to the dolphins.
Take off the protective layer from the felt leaving it on the dolphins’ fins.
Adhere the dolphins to the card, hiding part of their tails under the waves.
With a hot glue gun stick a blue heart right over the dolphins.
Step 20: Over the blue heart adhere the silver one. In the center of the card you’ll have some place for the text. The card is finished!
