Shortcake

Step 1: Ingredients:
— 200g butter
— 2 eggs
— 550g all-purpose flour
— 200g sugar
— Vanillin

Step 2: Put the softened butter into a deep bowl.

Step 3: Add sugar.

Step 4: Mix everything well.

Step 5: Beat 2 eggs.

Step 6: Add vanillin.

Step 7: Mix everything.

Step 8: Pour flour (add more flour if needed).

Step 9: Knead the dough and form a ball.

Step 10: Roll out the dough.

Step 11: Cut into desired shapes.

Step 12: Carefully remove excess dough.

Step 13: Place cookies onto cookie sheets.

Step 14: Bake the cookies in the preheated to 190˚C oven for approximately 10 minutes.

Step 15: You can decorate the cookies with melted chocolate or edible decorations.

Step 16: As well you can decorate the cookies with melted chocolate.

Step 17: Shortcake is ready! Enjoy your meal!
