Omelette How to make Sushi
- 3 eggs
- 15 g of sugar
- Soy sauce (to taste)
Step 2: Beat eggs into a bowl.

Step 8: When the omelet is a little fried form a roll and fry until it gets thicker.
Step 9: Pour egg mixture lifting the omelet a little to make the layers a single whole.
Step 10: Roll the omelet.
Step 11: Add egg mixture again.
Step 12: Add egg mixture again.
Step 13: Pour the remaining mixture.
Step 14: And roll the omelet.
Step 15: Slice the omelet e keeping the knife in incline.
Step 16: Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
